Program Manager (Per Campus)
The Marketing & Strategy team is seeking exceptional leadership (one select representative per university) to serve as the strategic on-campus coordinator for our Growth Fellowship program. In this role, you will champion Renalta's mission at your institution, oversee execution of campus-level initiatives, and deliver weekly performance intelligence to ensure alignment with our standards of impact and excellence.
You will cultivate relationships across your campus ecosystem, while mentoring and guiding a cohort of Growth Fellows. Additionally, you will implement structured oversight throughout the fellowship to achieve consistent progress and results. With direct access to senior leadership, you will thrive in a dynamic environment where strategy, accountability, and agility define success.
This hybrid program reports directly to the Head of Marketing & Strategy.
Responsibilities
- Serve as Renalta's authoritative campus representative, elevating brand presence and ensuring seamless execution of growth initiatives at your university.
- Deliver weekly performance updates to leadership, including detailed tracking of Fellows' key metrics (content output, post volume, engagement, referrals, and other targets).
- Mobilize your network and social presence through original content you publish to model best practices for the cohort, providing constructive guidance and accountability to maintain program standards.
- Identify and source prospective talent, supporting recruitment and onboarding of new Fellows as the program scales.
Requirements
- Current U.S. university student.
- Strong, influential campus network and demonstrated leadership presence.
- Proven track record of managing peers, projects, or teams with a focus on performance accountability and results delivery.
- Discipline in tracking metrics and delivering concise weekly reports.
- Maintain exceptional standards of output in a fast-moving, results-driven environment.
